Request for Group Tour

Please review our education brochure or the museum website for details about available programs, including allowable group sizes and prices. We ask that you submit your request at least 3 weeks before the date of your program.

Download the form here, or complete the online form below. For downloads, complete the form and email it to Chelsea Trembly at ctrembly@hellenicmuseum.org or fax it to (312) 655-1221.

After your program is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation letter and additional materials. If you do not receive a confirmation letter on museum letterhead, you do not have a reservation.

Groups that cancel within 2 weeks of the scheduled program will be subject to a fee. A copy of our cancellation policy will be sent with your confirmation letter.
